Casino Regulatory Commission amends order on audit and accounting for casino operators
The Casino Regulatory Commission has promulgated and enacted an amendment to the order governing audit and accounting procedures for casino operators and casino facility providers under the Act on Development of Specified Complex Tourist Facilities Areas (IR Development Act). The amendment aligns the joint ministerial order with recent revisions to the Cabinet Office Ordinance on Disclosure of Corporate Affairs. The changes took effect on March 31, 2026.
